Dr. Cipriano Bumba Cazo

Recognized for his technical rigor, strategic vision, and performance in contexts of high complexity, he leads the firm's most sensitive practices, associated with the defense of the freedom, assets, and reputation of high-profile clients.

He coordinates the area of Criminal Risk & Strategic Compliance, working on matters such as money laundering, corruption, criminal liability of legal entities, internal investigations, integrity programs, and international judicial cooperation. His work is directed at multinationals, financial institutions, senior executives, and companies with transnational exposure.

Simultaneously, he leads the Private Clients & UHNWIs area, offering integrated solutions for asset structuring, international succession planning, legal mobility, and asset protection in scenarios of legal and fiscal risk.

He is also the creator and coordinator of the Cazos Global Leaders program, an initiative for advanced legal training, leadership, and international integration of Angolan law. In 2025, he was a guest judge at the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition of the American University – Washington College of Law, a recognition that reflects his technical-legal authority in fundamental rights and global justice.
