1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Cazos Justice and Innovation Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Academy Services

Cazos Justice and Innovation Academy offers:

• Continuous legal training programs
• Social responsibility actions
• Specialized programs in specific areas of law
• Mentoring with leading jurists
• Training for magistrates and sector professionals

3. Enrollment and Participation

To participate in our programs:

• You must provide true and complete information
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account
• You must respect the established rules of conduct
• Payment must be made as agreed

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources made available by the academy are the intellectual property of Cazos Justice and Innovation Academy. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express authorization is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The academy is not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Temporary interruptions of services
• Specific results of the training
• Technical problems not controlled by the academy

6. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation up to 7 days before: 100% refund
• Cancellation up to 3 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 3 days before: no refund
• Special cases will be analyzed individually

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Angola. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Luanda.
